Individual Therapy

Therapy will be adapted to your presenting issues and goals.

Types of therapy could include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and some elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

The first time we meet it will be mostly you telling me about the issues that you are bringing for counselling, and development of some preliminary goals. In subsequent sessions we can go deeper as required and look at solutions.

​

Feedback will be sought after counselling. If you are not achieving your desired outcomes then therapy will be altered.
