I love to hear the story of how you met, fell in love, and what your hopes and dreams are. But it doesn't always go smoothly. My hope is that with counselling your relationship can be helped. I will listen to you both without judgment, and work with you.

Above all, I want you to love each other. That may mean discovering things about each other that you hadn't realised before. Do you really know what your spouse wants, dreams and desires? What are your goals for your marriage? What needs are not being met? How to handle conflict? (and how to avoid it.)

Marriage counselling is often quite expensive. I have set the fee lower than average to encourage you to take that step.
​
In terms of therapy, I have completed Level 1 Gottman Therapy training, a well recognised and evidence-based therapy. I have also taken a course in Solution Focused Couples Counselling.
Note: I cannot offer couples counselling where there is the issue of domestic violence. That may require police referral. Consent for couples therapy requires that you declare that domestic violence is not occurring.
